Each player is permitted exactly one eh88 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings from a duplicate account will be voided without exception.

If at any point our systems or staff identify reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be under 21, the Account will be suspended pending further investigation. All winnings accrued during any period of suspected underage use are void and will not be paid.
Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the eh88 platform. The existence of more than one Account per individual — whether registered using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change.
eh88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
Where eh88 identifies that a Player holds duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to:
By registering, you consent to receiving communications from eh88 related to your Account, including transaction confirmations, promotional offers, responsible gaming messages, and updates to these Terms. You may manage your communication preferences from within your Account settings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.
All Wagers, transactions, and other activities conducted through your Account whilst you are logged in will be deemed to have been made by you, whether or not they were actually authorised by you, unless and until you notify eh88 of a security breach as described below.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a Wager.
Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket and PSL markets, are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Live in-play bets are placed and settled at the risk of the Player; delayed data feeds or technical issues during live events do not entitle a Player to any adjustment. eh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in the odds-setting process.
Live Casino: All live casino games are streamed in real time from certified international studios. The result of each hand, spin, or round is final once the game round is officially closed by the dealer or system. In all circumstances, eh88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
